These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website owncardrivingmaster.in and the driving training services provided by Own Car Driving Master ("we", "us", "our"), a doorstep driving training service based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

By booking a training session, submitting an enquiry form, or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Own Car Driving Master provides personalized, one-on-one driving training in the student's own car at their preferred location across Bangalore. Our services include:

• Beginner driving lessons

• Advanced driving training

• Luxury car training

• Peak traffic, highway, parking, and night driving classes

• Other specialized sessions as listed on our website

All training sessions are conducted by experienced driving instructors. Session details, duration, and pricing are agreed upon at the time of booking.

3. Eligibility

To book and attend driving training with us, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or be a minor accompanied with prior written consent from a parent or legal guardian

• Hold a valid Learner's License issued by the relevant Regional Transport Office (RTO) in India, where required by law

• Own or have lawful access to the vehicle to be used for training

• Ensure the vehicle is roadworthy, insured, and has valid registration at the time of each session

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a session if any of the above conditions are not met.

4. Booking and Confirmation

• Bookings can be made via our website registration form, phone call, or WhatsApp

• A booking is confirmed only after you receive explicit confirmation from our team (via call, WhatsApp, or email)

• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a session due to instructor unavailability, safety concerns, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, with advance notice wherever possible

5. Payment Terms

• Payment terms (amount, schedule, and mode) will be communicated at the time of booking

• We operate on a "Learn First, Pay Next" model, specific payment timelines and conditions will be agreed upon individually

• We do not currently collect payments through this website. All transactions are handled offline or as agreed directly with our team

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance via phone or WhatsApp

• Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or no-shows may result in forfeiture of that session

7. Student Responsibilities

As a student, you agree to:

• Arrive on time for each scheduled session

• Ensure your vehicle is fueled, insured, and in safe working condition

• Follow all instructions given by your instructor during the session

• Not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that impairs judgement during sessions

• Comply with all applicable Indian traffic laws and road safety rules

• Treat our instructors with respect at all times

We reserve the right to terminate a session immediately if a student's behavior poses a safety risk to themselves, the instructor, or the public, without any refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure safe, professional training:

• Driving involves inherent risk. Own Car Driving Master is not liable for any accident, injury, damage, or loss arising during or after a training session

• Training is conducted in the student's own vehicle, the student (or vehicle owner) is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is adequately insured

• We are not responsible for any traffic fines, violations, or penalties incurred during or after training sessions

• Our total liability to you, in any circumstance, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific session in question

9. Intellectual Property

All content on owncardrivingmaster.in, including text, images, videos, logos, and course materials, is the property of Own Car Driving Master. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
